That was grand old and newly renovated hotel set in calm area, next to the excellent restaurant with Cody and staff, the adjacent beer garden until after 10PM, and on CO hwy 160 near Great Sand Dunes National Park. Booked a room with king bed. The interior of the rooms was beautiful. The location of the property was comfy and unbeatable - just a short walk away from Three Barrel Brewing Co. The whole experience was really enjoyable, no complaints, recommend.

The property was clean, the room was spotless and very affordable. The restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast, we ordered excellent dishes. Our bedroom was spacious and the staff were super friendly and amazingly nice. The location was favorable, for example, Three Barrel Brewing Co was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. Furthermore, the area was local.

Thanksgiving check-in allowed early, clean room with modern decor, friendly staff. Nice historic accommodations, small shower with faulty door. No ceiling fan, windows couldn't open due to noise. Room clean and well-appointed. Restaurant dinner pricey but not great. Nice bar with original cocktails.
